Allison Swank, LEED AP BD+C

Executive Director

Ms. Swank, having more than 20 years in the construction industry, managed Gilbane’s Pittsburgh office until 2017. She then transitioned into her role with GRS. She has diverse experience in project management and estimating in commercial and residential construction projects. As executive director, she provides leadership to build a collaborative team approach to ensure all parties are working toward common goals and objectives. She brings solid experience in CAT Response and Disaster Recovery Services based on her experience of emergency and restoration work following extensive damage from Superstorm Sandy in the New York City Boroughs and the Merrimack Valley Gas Over Pressurization work. She is committed to overseeing a project’s successful completion by meeting operational requirements, standards, and schedule goals.
